IF we would ripen in grace, and become perfect, we must live near to Jesus — in His presence — ripened by the sunshine of His smiles. We must hold sweet communion with Him. We must stop looking at Him from afar off and come near. Then shall we find ourselves advancing in holiness, in love, in faith, in hope, in every precious gift.

Walk before me, and be thou perfect.
Are you ready TODAY to embark on this journey? Will you take the journey that leads to glory for God’s kingdom and blessings for the saints?

Everyone who says YES to these questions must of necessity embrace a life of obedience. Obedience to God is a sine qua non for the believer who aspires to perfection. And it is only that kind of believer that has true Christian identity.

We are created to obey God - Ecclesiastes 12: 13, Acts 6:29
Nothing matters to God more than that we should obey Him. (1st Samuel 15:22, John 14: 15)
Obedience is a requirement for divine- blessings (Colossians 3:6)
Ecclesiastes 12: 13-14 says,
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

The whole duty of man is to fear God and to obey His commandments. Obedience to God is the core value of a Christian.

The blessings of personal obedience include freedom to be in God’s presence, confidence in the face of adversity, victory in spiritual warfare, and access to the treasures of God’s kingdom.
