PEOPLE get married for different reasons some for companionship, connections, money and others for love but the tricky thing about love is, there must always be winners and losers because sometimes it lasts in love and other times it hurts instead.

After speculation of Aston's infidelity, 49-year-old Demi Moore announced last week Friday that she is ending her six year marriage to toyboy husband Aston Kutcher. In a statement, the Ghost star said she is filing for divorce with 'great sadness and a heavy heart'.

Hinting at Kutcher's infidelity, Demi said: 'As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life'. She added that it's a trying time for her and her family and asked for people to respect her privacy.

Immediately after the announcement, 33-year-old Ashton took to twitter to make his statement. 'I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi.

'Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK.'

Demi Moore and Ashton’s marriage crumbled following shock revelations that the Two and A Half men star cheated on Demi with a hot young blond on the eve of their sixth wedding anniversary. According to the Blond Sara Leal, she frolicked naked in a hot tub with Kutcher at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel before they had sex.  In her kiss and tell interview, she claimed Kutcher had told her and her friends who were parting at his hotel suite that he was separated from Demi.  Sara portrayed Kutcher as a good lover. She said: 'We had sex twice. Everything felt natural. We were having a good time. He was good, but it wasn't weird or perverted or creepy. 'He had good endurance. We were up for a while. It was about two hours.'

In another interview, she added that they had unprotected sex claiming Kutcher didn't use a condom during their encounter.

Leal described how earlier in the night he had kissed her and her friend Marta Borzuchowski on the bed of his hotel room however Marta left before Sara  and Kutcher allegedly got down to business.

'I'm sure he wanted to have a threesome,' she recalled. 'It was clear he wasn't opposed to it.' the silver lining for Kutcher is, she is not pregnant

Sara who sold her story about her fling is refusing to take credit for wrecking the couple's marriage she tells TMZ.com 'I might have been a bump in the road - but for someone to file for divorce, obviously it was a long time coming.

She added: 'They obviously had issues way before I came into the picture.'

The couple, who wed in 2005, is not new to infidelity claims. In 2010, 21-year-old Brittney Jones claimed she had bedded Kutcher at the Beverly Hills home he once shared with his wife while she was away. She also claimed that Kutcher told her he had an open relationship with Demi and they would 'often engage in threesomes'. Kutcher denied the allegations calling it “defamation of character” Demi stood by her man and they maintained a united front.

After the story of his latest fling broke, the couple made apparent attempts to heal their relationship with Kabbalah retreats, including a camping trip to Cachuma Lake near Santa Barbara, California, last month. They were accompanied by some close friends along with their Kabbalah instructor Yehuda Berg but the strain could be seen on Demi as she became very skinny.

Trying to be Mr Nice guy till the end, Kutcher is said to have splashed out over $100.00 on a 2012 Lexus LS 600h hybrid-engine car for Demi's birthday  on 11th  November just days before she decided to divorce him. Things are getting pretty ironic for Kutcher as interviews he conducted for the December issues of Men's Health and sister publication women's health Magazine where he was dishing out relationship advice is set to hit stands. When asked about the best relationship advice he has been given, he said: 'I think it's all about working on the relationship and making it better...when it's good. 'Don't wait for a problem to work on things. The goal is not to get into a relationship; the goal is to be in a relationship.'

He then talks about what sort of women he could never be with saying: 'I could never be with a woman who felt like she needed to change me.'

He added  that no woman has ever told him, he is a good listener . he continued: 'I would just like a woman someday, somewhere, at some point in my life to say to me, "You're a great listener."

'Haven't heard it yet, and that's a superior compliment to get from a woman. But I'm going to work on

working on relationship problems seems to be Kutcher's forte perhaps he should have concentrated on not creating the problems. The couple is set to battle over their estimated $290m fortune. With allegations of infidelity, Kutcher might not win this battle and should ask former Two and the Half man Charlie Sheen about the effects of a humiliated woman's fury.
