God sometimes uses these foolish things to preserve us, to stop us a while in order to keep us for a new level; sometimes He uses foolish things to strengthen our desire for Him and sometimes He uses foolish things to preserve us for redemption. But you keep complaining that you have a headache. If you know that that headache is meant to preserve you, you would not be crying.
Who knows what would have happened if your prayer for a better condition had been answered? Better condition to be a senator, better condition to be a president, better condition to be a vice president, better condition to be a commissioner, better condition to be a millionaire.
Knowledge deals with the explanation, the unfolding and the correlation of Gospel facts. The word of knowledge is the ability to impart personal knowledge to others.
When somebody comes to you as a pastor, you should be able to tell the person God’s opinion about them. This is just what being a pastor is all about.
Our duty is to tell others God’s opinion about them. The ability to communicate this wisdom to others is the best and highest spiritual gift and that is our duty as a pastor.
A lot of people have been lost and we are there, claiming to the world that we are ordained from above, i.e. we are God’s representatives, we are ambassadors of God. If you are truly one, you should be able to tell people that come to you God’s opinion about them. . If you tell them God’s opinion about them, they will be ready to give their love voluntarily, instead of forcing them to give their love or faithfulness to you.
