At last, we fulfil our promise to give you recipes to make your lip gloss. On gloss, you'll get the much needed inspiration for those sexy lips you crave for. Do you know that eating beans will help make your hair healthy? Yes, that's right! But hey, find out more foods for healthy hair. Dry hands are a bothersome headache, but  we have found some relief for you. Sit back, relax and enjoy your day.

Hands down
Instead of spending lots of money purchasing expensive creams or lotions, why don't you soothe your hands by combining these common household items (olive oil, petroleum jelly, cotton gloves or socks, aloe vera, egg, almond or mineral oil, honey, sugar, castor oil, lemon juice, cornmeal, apple cider vinegar, and tomato juice) to create your own moisturiser.

Stay tuned for the concluding part.

Gloss
Making your own lip glosses at home will protect you against some allergic reaction to your lips. What is more, you may be able to save some money.

Honey citrus lip gloss

• 2 teaspoon beeswax

• 1 full teaspoon honey

• 8 teaspoon sweet almond oil

• 1 capsule vitamin E

• 5 drops essential oil or lime or citrus

Put beeswax and sweet almond oil into a microwave safe container and allow to melt for a few minutes. When the time is over, take out the mixture from the microwave and pierce the capsule of vitamin E and add it into the mixture. Then add the honey and leave for a few minutes. Get ready to use and you can put it in store. You're good to go.

Foods for hair
There is something about your hair that draws attention to you.

If you think the first thing a guy notices on your body is your boobs, you are dead wrong!

The first thing about 70 per cent of them see is your hair! A lack of essential minerals and vitamins in your diet will make your hair brittle and dull. But if you eat beans, you'll notice some transformations.

Ok, I know you hate beans, but they are a great source of protein. Guys love beans, right? Go check your boyfriend's hair and see how healthy it is without so much of those expensive treatments you use. Eat beans to enrich your hair with iron, zinc, and biotin. They are all needed for beautiful and healthy hair.

Whole grains are great too. Whole grains contain more elements than refined ones. Whole grained products contain iron, zinc, and B vitamins that all are vital for your health and you  as well.
