Cooreman is going nowhere -Babayaro
TECHNICAL Adviser of Kaduna United, Maurice Coreman is not ready to dump the team after leading the team to win the Federation Cup at the just-concluded season.
This is coming on the heels of a number of offers being dangled before the Belgian tactician which include Warri Wolves reported to have even signed the former Enyimba coach.
Speaking with League Gallery United, Chairman of Kaduna Utd, Alhaji Sabo Babayaro said Cooreman has agreed to extend his contract with the Kaduna-based side after winning the Federation Cup at the expense of Enyimba.
According to him, "our coach has signed a new one year contract with us. Throughout next season, he will lead us in our CAF Confederation Cup campaign as well as the Premier League."
Babayaro stated that "since he (Cooreman) joined us last season, he has transformed the team and the players believe in him. We don't have any option but to offer him a new deal.”
