Days to the exit of her husband from the exalted position as the Managing Director of a foremost Nigerian bank, a bitter reality that power is transient is now dawning on her.
Story filtering out of their Island home reveals that, behind the façade of the cheerful demeanour she put up days back when a lavish farewell party, hosted in honour of her bespectacled husband at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, she is depressed. PPP gathered that it was not a jubilation time for the lady because of the uncertain life outside power. The fair skinned lady, we gathered, has a score to settle with some aggrieved persons she allegedly ejected from her properties tucked somewhere inside Lekki earlier in the year. Her younger brother, who runs the real estate company owned by her, allegedly collected rents running into several millions of naira from the unsuspecting tenants and disappeared. She became bitter and in anger, she forcibly ejected the tenants who had moved in with help of some gun trotting uniformed men.
Now that her ‘immunity’ is about to be stripped, and brother is still no where to be found, the ejected tenants have vowed to stop at nothing to take her on.
