LOOK at the conies, they are the feeble ones but they make their houses in the rocks. The element of wisdom that is being pointed to us here is solid foundation.

The The second hallof a wise person is that he/she would put a lot of emphasis on the foundation. The Bible says the conies are feeble and again you see the emphasis that feeble means no strength.

• In other words, you may not be adequate for any assignment.
• You may not physically have all you must have to accomplish a thing, but
• If you have the wisdom of planning enough, enough of concentration on the foundation of anything, any assignment of your life would be accomplished.

The Bible says: “You are a wise person.”  In  other words a person that goes about without foundation in his life; (i) establishing a business (ii) or doing anything without strong foundation is not a wise man.

In Matthew chapter 7 verse 24 – Jesus Christ, after preaching a long sermon, said, Therefore, whosoever that heareth this saying of mine and doeth them,” I will liken him unto a wise man which built his house upon the rock.” The conies are feeble but they know how to build their houses in the rock.

• How can you and I like conies draw from that wisdom of laying the foundation?
• The Bible says, it is by hearing and doing. That is basing our action, our attitude on the words of Jesus Christ. Not just hearing them but doing them.
• Therefore, when you see a Christian doing anything and has not used the measuring stick of the Word of God to measure what he is doing, he is a FOOL.
• In Psalm 13 verse 3: the Bible says: “If the foundation be destroyed what can the righteous do?”
•     But in Psalm 14 verse 1;  the Bible says something.
• ‘The fool is any person that sayeth in his heart there is no God.”
• John said in John 1:1, “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was God.”
• A man who lives his life as if the Word of God doesn’t exist;
• A man who is a Christian and comes to church, knowing that he must obey the command of God and does not?
• The word of God that he must pay his tithe and refused ...
• ... The Bible says such a man is a FOOL.
• Finally, to make way for survival during the time of crisis. Let the storm come, let the wind come, let trials come, the loss of properties. The man who built his life on Jesus Christ will stand firmly.
