Stingomania, Mingle TV plan big for lovers ...Unveil first reality show on music video production
GIANT entertainment companies, Stingomania360 and Mingle TV have partnered together to give lovers, friends and family a wonderful way of celebrating the period of love with an exclusive one in town white gig in a relaxed atmosphere of peace and tranquility by the sea side.
As the season of love draws nearer, the collaborative effort by the duo is positioned to bring fun and excitement to lovers, friends and the industry stakeholders as well as the general public who are interested in celebrating love and mingling with entertainment top shots in an all white party.
The event tagged “Valentine All White Beach Party” is aimed at establishing an atmosphere of love and tranquility for lovers, friends and family who wish to celebrate love and also get a chance to mingle with the best of Nollywood stars, the superstars of Nigerian music industry and entertainment top executives at the Elegushi Private beach on the 18th of February.
Speaking about the event, a member of staff of Stingomania360 assured that “ the white gig on the beach promises
to be so much fun as lovers and friends will get the chance of mingling with the entertainment top shots and Nollywood superstars in an informal and relaxed atmosphere with loads of fun activities lined up for the day.
Also, the event will be something to look forward to every year as many sponsors are on board to make sure lovers and friends have fun on that day”.
The event which is proudly supported by Sound City, Prime Time, Hyper 360, Kennis Music, Music Africa, Nigezie, Video Reels, New live Beats, Dynamix, Acada Magazine, E247, Hip On TV, Views and Tunes, Billboard Nigeria, Wave Magazine, City People, Encomium and Global Excellence among many others is expected to be the talk of the town event for a long time to come.
Meanwhile, in its concern about the low quality and artistic value of the music videos being churned out currently in the Nigerian entertainment industry and the low human capacity building initiative that is very prevalent among the youth, the management of Stingomania Entertainment has taken it upon itself to create a music video production camp reality television show tagged MVP Camp Reality TV Show.
MVP is an acronym for music video production. The reality television show will commence in the month of March and will feature 50 well spirited and ambitious individuals who will be camped in a house for the duration of 21 days.
While in the house, the individuals will be exposed to various trainings on the subject matter of music video production by the industry’s finest producers: Clarence Peters, DJ Tee, Patrick Ellis, Afam D Man and AK One and they will also get to be mentored by these professionals in the music video industry.
The aim of this reality show is expose the 50 individuals to the rudiments of producing a decent and quality music video. For the first time in the history of the Nigerian music industry, a reality television show is being devoted to the art of music video production. The final camp will be aired on major television networks in Nigeria.
Entry is open to musicians, dancers, choreographers, models, actors, actresses, video directors, cameramen, editors, production assistants, graphic artists; make up lines, set designers, welfare and caterers. To add pep to the MVP, seasoned and experienced music video producers will be on hand at the reality TV show to impact their knowledge on the house mates and also help in developing inherent qualities in them.
To register for the reality show, individuals are to pay the sum of N5, 000 but the management of Stingomania in their consideration made concession for individuals that will pay before the 10th of February, 2012 by reducing their fee to N2500
The registration for the show is in progress and entry forms are now on sale and intending participants at the reality show are expected to register at the event’s website before 28th of February, 2012.
