This musician got into the limelight in the 80s with a hit song and more particularly because he came from the part of the country where music is mostly done in their mother tongue. This may be true because most musicians in the English, Igbo or Yoruba genres of RnB are almost restricted to the Yoruba and Igbo in Nigeria.

And as Amebos noted, this chap blazed the trail because he broke tradition by singing a song that crossed the borders from his section of the country to all other regions. That as a matter of fact, this musician became even more popular with a traditional symbol of holding one thing that brings out light in his hand each time he appeared in the public to sing or wherever he visited.

But all that was in the past as Amebos said that this musician is now living on past glory as various attempts at singing new songs have failed woefully. In any case, Amebos said they were never bothered by that fact, but that they were disturbed by the news they gathered last week that this former musician has turned his wife into a punching bag.

According to Amebos, this guy felt his wife was responsible for his music drought, maybe through witchcraft or otherwise and therefore deserved to be exorcised of such witchcraft through constant bashing! Olofofos went further to say that the poor lady decided to pack out of the musician’s home when the beatings became too much.

In fact, Amebos said they had it on good authority that an organisation is helping the lady to find accommodation after she packed out of the guy’s home with her two kids. Talk of visiting frustrations on the innocent and Amebos would be right.
