ShareAmebos won’t stop humping around and yet again, they bombarded Tatafo with tales of different hues, week in
week out. Now, just last week, they swooped on this very tall actor in the Yoruba sector of Nollywood, saying he has an issue with the English Language.
This actor, as Amebos said, is in a class of his own. In fact, Amebos said his tireless work has won him accolades and the attendant publicity and money that come with it. But they (Amebos) also said it has been difficult for him to avoid controversies as he has been caught full blast in controversial issues on many occasions.
There was a time, Amebos recalled, when he was linked with an actress, who they said was warming his bed and in actual fact, the lady in question came out to confirm the illicit affair considering the fact that this actor is married. Again, this guy, who came into the limelight from the state of Amosun was linked with yet another actress who resides in the state of Ajimobi.
Well, as Amebos said, this time, the issue with this guy is not about women, but something to do with the English Language. Amebos said they heard that the guy does not have a good grasp of the language and that explains why he avoids acting in English films.
Amebos went further to say that his explanation for this was that he couldn’t labour himself to speak a language in which he would not be able to express himself easily, saying this could reduce his interpretation of roles. He was even said to have asked if it was a sin to speak one’s mother tongue, afterall, Indian actors act in Hindi language.
Trust Amebos, they held on to the belief that his poor understanding of the English Language is responsible for his avoidance of films or Soaps in English Language and not because he felt he could do better in Yoruba films. Amebos added that afterall, Grammar no be money, drawing apology from a renowned juju artiste.
