IF one says that  former governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Igbinedion, has never known poverty in life, then one would be very right. The gist we heard is that the man, son of Benin’s high chief and businessman, Sir Gabriel Igbinedion, now operates from Johannesburg, South Africa. Those in the know claimed he is now into some private businesses and that the former governor now shuttles between the African country and Europe.

The politician, who has a wide connections and friends all over the world, reportedly put his strength to test some months ago, when he staged a birthday party for his billionaire friend, Terry Waya, in his Johannesburg home.

The party, which had some high-profile, people in attendance, was said to be a reunion of sort.
