I need your advice on what to do. A married woman in my village lured me into impregnating her when I was in my early 20s because her husband was impotent.

The woman has been begging me to keep this secret, but when the baby was delivered, he looked every inch like me. She had confessed to her husband and the man is asking for compensation from me since the baby clocked five last year.
