It appears you are referring to the withdrawal method of Family Planning when the man quickly withdraws from the woman just before releasing his sperm. This method of Family Planning is very unreliable since some semen could be inadvertently released without the man being aware of it. There have been instances when some women who used this kind of method got pregnant. I will therefore advise that you try other more reliable forms of Family planning methods such as Contraceptive Pills, Condom or Intrauterine Device instead of the Withdrawal method.
