NIGERIAN international, Taye Taiwo has begged Queens Park Rangers management to make his loan a permanent deal. The £4m rated Nigerian left back wants an end to his AC Millan nightmares and thus wants to remain a permant shirt at the Loftus Road.

“The management and staff did not believe in me in Italy but I’m happy here and I will be glad if QPR can sign me on permanently.”

The defender joined Mark Hughes' side on loan for the rest of the season from AC Milan during the January transfer window, and despite having been at Loftus Road for little more than two weeks he is already thinking about his future at the Loftus Road.

The 26-year-old has only turned out twice for QPR, an he is already being liked by the fans of the club.

Having spent five years at Marseille, Taiwo comes with a lot of European experience and is sure to boost the Hoops' hopes of avoiding relegation.

“I'd like to stay at QPR because I'm happy. However, it depends on what my coach in Italy wants to do. My family and my friends think this could be the best solution for my future."

The Former Lobi Stars strongman, joined Milan last summer but struggled to break into the starting XI, making just eight appearances for the club prior to his switch to QPR.
