AS the Federal Government is still being rattled by the satanic activities of the Boko Haram sect that have thrown the entire nation into a state of confusion, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), on Tuesday, said that the solution to the problem was on the ‘kneels’ of every Nigerian.

The PFN, in a press conference, held in Ibadan, by its Oyo State chairman, Bishop Taiwo Adelakun, affirmed that if every Nigerian could go down on their kneels, submit themselves to God genuinely and turn away from their iniquities, God woudl heal the land.

“Our nation has been brought to its kneels by the current state of insecurity orchestrated by Nigerians who are bent on destroying this nation.”

“The wanton killings of innocent Nigerians and widespread destruction of property, under whatever guise, is senseless and condemnable. Those responsible cannot be doing so in the name of God. No religion approves of such senseless killings and destruction of property. Religion cannot, therefore, be an excuse,”he said.
“We believe the perpetrators, their collaborators and sponsors have a different agenda. They have deliberately tried to incite Christians against Muslims by their bombings of churches and killings of Christians for it to look like a religious war. They have also tried to incite the South against the North. These are all ploys to hide their real agenda.”
“God will not allow them to succeed in this their evil agenda. We also will not allow them. Our nation cannot survive another civil war. We all must come together to fight this evil of Boko Haram. This is the time for all well meaning Nigerians to heal our land and to put to shame and dishonour all the perpetrators, collaborators and sponsors of the orgy of violence and destruction that pervade our nation.”
“We call on government to immediately re-organise its security apparatus to effectively deal with this menace. Perpetrators of this violence, their collaborators and sponsors should be fished out and brought to justice as a matter of urgency.”
“Government should also immediately set in motion a programme to compensate the victims of the violence.
We also call on all Christians in our nation to seek the face of God and ;pray for our dear nation to set ambushment against her enemies.”
Bishop Adelakun, who maintained that seeking God’s face to a problem would bring total solution, said that “the dragon of Boko Haram and religious extremism will not prevail in the country in Jesus name.”
The PFN chairman, who quoted from the book of Psalm 7:9 which stated that, “let the wicked of the wickedness came to an end,” stated that when God arises to avenge speedily, no one will be able to hold him back.
He then said, “God will trouble those who trouble the peace of the country. God will trouble those who make others to shed tears. Those who make others to be in agony will not go scot free for they cannot escape the hand of God.”
“The end to wickedness has come. All those who are hell bent to scatter the country will not go free when the vengeance of God comes. The dragon in the land will not prevail.”
“We may not carry guns and bombs but we have decrees in our mouths, we have God, who will fight for us. God will soon expose enemies of the country who parade themselves as friends. God is on top of the situation. God is bigger than those behind them and he will fish them out.
