On the ailing president

IN the past few months all I heard of the president of my country was what I read on the pages of the dailies and this has kept me wondering if my president is a ghost worker. Or what else can I say if the president of Nigeria sneaks into his own country?
The state of health of Mr. President created lots of controversies among Nigerians and other citizens of friendly countries. When the president left the country last year, he was very weak and when he was brought in unceremoniously, he was said to be unconscious and breathing through the help of a life support machine.
The number one citizen of my dear country, Nigeria, has now become what the media now report as comedy. Some said that they saw him playing with his grandchildren; others said he was seen jogging, e.t.c.
Our senators, who are supposed to rise up to the challenging situation, have been toothless bulldogs with respects to enforcing section 145 of the Nigerian constitution. Even the FEC members are like a watchdog when it comes to answering the question on the whereabouts of the Mr. President.
Please, if anyone comes across Hajiya Turai, he should extend my greetings to her, giving her kudos for keeping the ailing president away from Nigerians. One is left to wonder if Nigerians don’t deserve to know how her husband, Nigeria’s presi-dent, is faring.Not even his mother who came to the villa from Katsina was allowed to see her son. Whao!
The question is, who has seen the Mr. President? He/she should come out boldly and tell Nigerians. I also join other Nigerians to say, enough of invisible presidency in this country.
