I actually should have started this article series with this topic, but I intentionally did not, so that it can be well appreciated. Meanwhile, I am going to approach it from three perspectives; from general to specific.

First perspective
It was recorded that in the beginning, the world was without form. A Supreme Intelligence worked for 6 days to put things into form. I am sure, the six days in that plane is not the same as six days in the calendar we use now. Anyway, there were several efforts for a period of time to make earth take form. In other words, it was from a state of nothingness to being. Let’s keep that!

Second perspective
I don’t know if you have the opportunity to learn the process farmers go through before the day of harvest would come. I had such opportunity, and I picked a lesson from it. You can’t plant a seed in a day and harvest it the same day. You have to go through the process of active work, from the day of planting till the day of harvesting.

Third perspective
If you are reading this piece, I will assume you are a conscious adult that must have; (either consciously or unconsciously) come into the recognition that, when a baby is just given birth to, the baby needs to be nursed , you will not get anything back from your investment during that time. The baby will eat, drink, be taken to hospital when ill; so many expenditures, and nothing may come forth, until a time (say stage 1), the child can take care of himself, and (stage 2) be able to take care of the parent.

The specific
From the perspectives aforementioned, you can observe a common trend, that most things are not from the beginning in the form you desire it, you have to go work to put it to form, and it will take a period of time. Believe me, Internet business as an economic activity is not an exception.

While it may not be possible for me to teach everything you need to know about a business here, I write in hints. The hints are usually designed to show you light that, there are other business activities you can get involved in apart from being an employee or selling recharge cards. It is not actually meant to give the impression that you can become a millionaire over-night when you invest in it.

Hence it is important you get used to the fact that, as long as you have decided to start a particular business, be ready to pay the price to make it a business that can sustain you.

I have said it before that you have to drop all the misconception you had in the past that you can become a millionaire overnight doing any business online. Get the right orientation, if you start any business on the Internet, you must bear in mind that you have to invest, sacrifice your time and energy till the business is grown-up enough to take care of you and also take care of itself.

In fact, by the time you start an Internet business, even traditional business, it will be without form to you, and you have to put it to form. Begin by setting your ideals right. Where are you going? You know, sometime when you know where you are going, even if you fall, you can quickly stand up and move on.

Common request
Quite often, some people will call me, usually after reading a hint, to request for a copy of the book I refer them to. After telling them how to get it, including the price, some will further ask me why I can’t give it free. The truth is, it should not be a big deal to give it free. But my answer is usually simple, rational and based on the principles here. It can’t be for free.

I had rationalised it that if you can’t afford to buy the info imple! Hence, if I give it free, you will throw it away, something that cost me time and energy.

I consider it as part of the investment you need to make, to put your desired Internet business into form.

Lastly,
I will like to restate again that you have to bear it in mind that to achieve anything, including setting up an online business and making it a success, you have to pay the price.
