Minister wants civil societies to probe PHCN pension funds

The Minister of Power, Prof. Bart Nnaji, has reques-ted leading Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the country to look into the management of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) pension scheme.
