I’m not ill - Adedibu

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, Chief Lamidi Adedibu, has described as unfortunate, media report that he had been rushed to the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, because of his failing health.

Speaking with the Nigerian Tribune on Thursday at his Molete, Ibadan residence, Chief Adedibu said “the publication has caused me, my family members and friends serious embarrassment. I don’t know where they got the information that I was rushed to the hospital.

According to Adedibu, who was seen in the midst of his children, “at the age of 80, it is natural that I fall sick or need some rest, but not up to the proportion the newspaper blew it on its front page. As you can see me now, I am hale and hearty.”
