Samsung opens Viewing Centre in Lagos - For Nations Cup

Samsung, one of the leading manufacturers of mobile phones and consumer electronics products, has given Nigerians the opportunity to watch the ongoing African Cup of Nations live on the screen.

The Samsung Viewing Centre situated at Fantasy-land, Ikoyi, will enable football fans to watch the Super Eagles in action and other matches throughout the Nations Cup.

Mr. Vikas Kumar, Sales Director, Samsung, explained that the viewing centre would be opened everyday at the time of the matches, adding that, the centre was built to give football lovers the opportunity to watch the matches and their favourite stars on the Samsung large screen.

“The viewing centre will offer wholesome entertainment and no one should miss it. There will be refreshment at reasonable prices and the first 50 people to show up on the Nigerian match days would be offered free cocktails.”
Vikas, further said that the viewing

centre initiative was aimed at supporting the Super Eagles to win the Cup. “In the spirit of unity, comedians will also perform during half time to create an atmosphere of fun and excitement with a view to making the stay a memorable one for the fans.”
