AC hails Ogbulafor over sack of PDI board

The Oyo State chapter of the Action Congress (AC) has saluted the courage of the new Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Vincent Ogbulafor over the reported dissolution of the Chief Olabode George-led Governing Board of the Peoples Democratic Institute (PDI).

According to a release made available to the media on Saturday by the spokesperson of the AC in Oyo State, Hon. Wasiu Olatubosun, the reported sack of the PDI Board made up mainly of acolytes of the former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, is a signal that the new National Executive team of the PDP was ready to sanitize the party by dismantling all the illegal strutures of the former administration, and as a result help the cause of genuine democracy in the country.
