Special Adviser to
Oyo State governor
on Special Project, Honourable Dare Adeleke has told the critics of the recently appointed General Manager of Shooting Stars Sports club (3SC), Mutiu Adepoju to leave him alone to face his job.
Speaking with Tribunesports, the former Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Youth and Sports development said those who are doubtful that Adepoju could not do the job at 3SC hence should allow Adepoju concentrate on the job at hand.
“To me, the choice of Adepoju is in the best interest of the club and he should be left alone to face the job. “Those that are saying Adepoju is too small for the job are saying so because of their selfish interest. They are those who put the club in its present position”. He said.
Adeleke, who is a fan of 3SC and a keen golfer, further said the government was ready to give Adepoju all the necessary support so that 3SC can return to his position in the country football which is the premier league.
