Oyo Lawmaker Praises Executive/Legislative Rapport

THE Oyo State government under
Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala, has been commended for its efforts at ensuring a cordial relationship between the legislative and the executive arms of government.
The Chairman of the Environmental Services in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Honourable Waheed Olaniyan Olaniyi, representing Itesiwaju/Iseyin State Constituency, while dropping this said the governor’s approach had been able to move the state forward in terms of meaningful achievements.
According to Hon. Waheed Olaniyan, the people of the state would have cause to laugh at the end of Otunba Alao-Akala’s tenure because despite the initial travails, Chief Alao-Akala has achieved meaningful and developmental feats that are visible for all to see.
He noted that under Otunba Alao-Akala, the state Solid Waste Management Authority law had received quick attention and governor’s assent and it would soon be gazetted for public use.
Honourable Waheed Olaniyan added that all efforts were being geared towards the proper cleanliness of Ibadan city.
