Siasia picks 26 for Dream Team

NEW Super Eagles boy, Ikechukwu Uche was on Monday named by Dream Team IV head coach, Samson Siasia as one of the three overaged players to the next month's Beijing Olympic Games.

Other overaged players named by Siasia are goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, and Osaze Odemwingie.

Siasia released a provisional squad of 26 players for the Olympic male football event, which does not include Siasia's stalwarts Kennedy Chinwo and Daniel Akpeyi.

The squad will arrive in Beijing on August 2 and will camp in the city of Guang Yang.

The full list: Goalkeepers: Vincent Enyeama, Ambrose Vanzekin and Ikechukwu. Ezenwa. The defenders named are Taye Taiwo, Monday James, Onyekachi Apam, Dele Adeleye, Olubayo Adefemi, Chibuzor Okonkwo, Gege Soriola.

The forwards on the list are Obinna Nsofor, Osaze Odewingie, John Owoeri, Ikechukwu Uche, Solomon Okoronkwo and Victor Anichebe.
