Wenger keen on Obafemi

AFTER clinching the signing of Marseille dazzler, Samir Nasri, Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger is seeking to boost his attack.

The Sun says Wenger could boost his attacking options further by bringing in either Nigerian international, Obafemi Martins from Newcastle or Blackburn star, Roque Santa Cruz - both rated around £13million.

Colombia international, Radamel Falcao would also welcome a move to North London.

The River Plate hitman, 22, said: “I know there is interest from Arsenal and that excites me.

“If there is an agreement between the clubs I am ready to go. It would mean a huge leap forward in my career.”
