Argungu fishing festival begins

The 58th Argungu International Fishing and Cultural festival began on Thursday with the inauguration of a Fish House in the fishing village complex by the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Chief Adetokunbo Kayode.

Also, Access Bank Plc has donated N10 million towards supporting this year’s festival in line with its corporate social responsibility and development of culture and tourism in Nigeria.

The complex comprising of a mini media studio, café, clinic and mini shopping complex is the first of it kind in the country provided by the Nigerian Tourism Development Commission (NTDC).
