Babcock varsity produces 22 first class graduates

BABCOCK University, Ilisan Remo,
Ogun State, on Sunday had its convocation ceremony, graduating 800 students with 22 first class.
The first class candidates, led by Mr. Barber Oritseweyinmi from Information Resource Management Department, were drawn from the four schools in the institution.
Addressing the audience at the occasion, the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Kayode Makinde, said the university would leave no stone unturned to transform its students into leaders, trained to serve locally, nationally and globally.
The ceremony, which marked the seventh edition of it kind in the history of the institution, drew dignitaries led by former President Olusegun Obasanjo; the new Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Lamido Sanusi; Minister of Health, Professor Babatunde Osotimehin and various vice chancellors from other universities in the country.
