Court Hears Uwazuruike’s Bail Application April 2

THE Federal High Court sitting in Abuja will on April 2 hear an application filed by leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra, Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, for an extension of the temporary bail granted him last year.

Justice Binta Murtala Nyako of a Federal High Court, following the death of the mother of the MASSOB leader, granted him temporary bail to allow him bury his mother.

The temporary bail granted to him expired on 19th January. The case could not continue on Thursday because one of the accused persons in the case was involved in a fire accident.
