Samuel Adegbite Foundation gives scholarships

NIGERIANS have been charged to evolve a system that would ensure sustainable growth of the rural areas with a view to developing the nation as a whole. This was stated at the third public lecture and award of scholarships of the Samuel Adegbite Foundation on Saturday.

The Samuel Adegbite Foundation, according to the chairman, Board of Trustee of the foundation, Chief S.I. Adegbite, is a foundation committed to the promotion of Christian values, education, social development, healthy living and poverty alleviation.

While delivering lecture on the topic, sustainable local level development through self-help, as the guest speaker at the occasion, Professor I.I. Ihimodu, Director, Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI), called on the government and every Nigerian to imbibe the true culture of self help for development process.
