Ibori wants case heard in Benin

The legal battle between the former governor of Delta State,Chief James Ibori and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC)continued at the Federal High Court,Kaduna on Tuesday even as the trial judge, Justice Mohammed Lawal Shuaibu adjourned for Monday March 10, 2008 for ruling on whether the case be transferred to another judicial division as sought by Ibori’s counsel.

Ibori was in court with the third accused person in the 170 amended charges, Chinedu Ebie and the second accused, Miss Udoamaka Okoronkwo.
