Awesome Treasurer holds cervical cancer screening

IN an attempt to eradicate cervical cancer in the country, Awesome Treasure, a Non-Government Organisation, as part of activities marking its July Liberation Summit, will be holding a one-day screening for women.

Women to attend the screening scheduled to hold in Lagos today, will learn lots of things, chief of which is to always subject themselves to medical tests and screening to avoid the disease which can be prevented if detected early.

The screening and test are not only aimed at making the women folk ascertain their status, but to sensitise them on the dangers of the deadly scourge and the available methods of precautions.
