NCCIn demonstration of its
commitment to
providing unique customer care service to its customers, Etisalat has treated new and existing customers to a world of excitement and fun when it visited the City Mall, Onikan and the ‘Let’s go Bowling’ Centre in the Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, Lagos, last weekend.
The fun package of free bowling, music, drinks and lots of free gifts also gave shoppers the opportunity to experience Etisalat’s newest product, Easy Cliq, and a chance to enter into Etisalat’s 9jillions promotion.
Explaining the rationale behind the outing, Chief Marketing Officer, Etisalat Nigeria, Wael Ammar, said the malls were part of the company’s initiative for Etisalat staff to visit different malls every weekend last month.
The initiative was put together to bring new and existing customers closer to the brand in an exciting, relaxed atmosphere in order to create an opportunity to experience the brand’s offerings.
“We understand the value of relaxation and fun for the body and mind and want to give visitors a chance to enjoy that value to the fullest, as they also get an opportunity to experience the innovative features of our Easy Cliq package. Customers also get first hand information about the ‘9jillions promotion.
“This is another way of demonstrating one of our core values – care,” Wael explained.
The fun-filled weekend provided an atmosphere where customers were treated to exciting competitions and free bowling rounds with Etisalat staff, with the new and old subscribers of the network going home with exciting gifts such as, sling bags, pens, wrist bands, t-shirts face caps and footballs.
Subscribers also had an opportunity to win two mobile phones every hour in a raffle draw during the bowling experience.
Among the mobile phone winners was Mr. Olugbenga Kehinde, who was full of appreciation for Etisalat for the phone prize.
“This is a special day for me. I did not expect what I got today. It is a good thing Etisalat is doing for Nigerians and I hope that they will continue,” he said.
